2025 Common Ground Country Fair
Thank you for a fantastic 2024 Common Ground Country Fair! We are grateful for the thousands of volunteers, Fair planning committee, and MOFGA staff and board members that make the Fair possible.
The 48th annual Common Ground Country Fair will be held at the Common Ground Education Center in Unity, Maine on September 19. 20, and 21, 2025. The fairgrounds are open Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association’s (MOFGA) annual celebration of rural living features 1000-plus exhibitors and speakers, and emphasizes vibrant communities, sustainable living and local economies, while highlighting organic agriculture.
The 2025 Fair schedule will be available in late August or early September.
We look forward to posting updates and keeping the community informed as the year progresses.
This year’s artwork by Katherine Noble Churchill, features two draft horses, livestock important to sustainable farming methods. From moving heavy equipment to plowing fields for planting, draft horses offer farmers an alternative to fossil fuel powered machinery. . Available for purchase here.
