WHAT:  The FREE and open to the public Resurgam Music and Arts Festival is returning for its fourth year! MAMM is partnering with the City of Portland and local community businesses to offer this one-day music and arts event at Ocean Gateway and the surrounding areas.

Last year, Resurgam drew over 7,500 people and offered over 60 performances and 40 vendors by collaborating with local businesses and organizations like The Telling Room, SPACE, The Children’s Museum and Theatre, and SailMaine. We hope to top that number this year!
