Our family maintains total control of your product from the receipt of your order through shipping to make certain you receive a quality product.

Visit our family smokehouse. Just a hop skip and a jump from Bar Harbor and Ellsworth. We would love to show you our operation from the viewing window in our gift shop.
Carl, our trailblazer, has over 40 years of professional food service experience, which he relies on in our commitment to “chef quality” products. Since his graduation from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Carl has earned numerous awards and received much press coverage throughout his career.

Kathy is the “hands on” matriarch of the company, performing the tasks necessary to ensure things run smoothly.

Next, are our two sons. Mason has nearly 20 years of professional food service and corporate sales experience, specializing in wholesale distribution and marketing. Matt is the knowledgeable sales and customer service component, completing the family tree.

We round out the operation through the use of our local neighbors, who assist us in providing you with the finest “hand crafted” products available.

We might not be the most tech savvy smokehouse, but we sure know how to smoke seafood!
