I am a self taught spice merchant and culinary artist. I have had no formal training other then cooking with love for my family and friends. My enjoyment of cooking and all things to do with flavors is my biggest inspiration. I enjoy trying new culinary recipes and seeing how they can be configured into a dry mix to share with our clients.
