Welcome to Thirty Acre Farm, a certified organic farm located on the picturesque Midcoast of Maine. Since 2005, we have been dedicated to producing high-quality fermented foods and sauces that celebrate the richness of our land.

Our mission is simple: to grow and preserve nutrient-rich foods that support gut health, bring joy to your table, and foster connections to Maine’s organic farms and farmers. With a seed-to-jar philosophy, 95% of our ingredients are sourced from our very own farm.

We specialize in lacto-fermentation, ensuring that our products are organic, raw, and full of beneficial probiotics. Explore our eleven tangy flavors of sauerkraut and kimchi, as well as five zippy varieties of hot sauce, all crafted with care to enhance your culinary experience.
